“As a child I was dreaming of a world without war. That motivation inspired me as a teenager to search for something that wasn’t taught in school. I started collecting wise sayings not really knowing what I was looking for.

As soon as I finished school and started studying I experimented with different meditation techniques and when I was 21 I participated in my first experiential workshop. I was studying psychology at that time deeply curious about how human beings function.

The studies didn’t really fulfil my longing, yet when I was doing that workshop I had my first experience of opening up, feeling enormous amounts of energy flowing through me and feeling incredibly alive and happy. I didn’t know I was capable of such intense feelings.

That was a powerful eye-opener. It started my journey into doing many more groups, trainings and meditations, which led me eventually to train as a holistic counsellor in 1987.”

Karima has since been trained in many different modalities, has practised many different meditation techniques and has participated in a vast variety of groups and trainings.

The past 44 yrs have been an ongoing self-exploration for her through meeting the enlightened Mystic Osho in 1979. She lived in spiritual communes for 20 yrs practising to live consciously in everyday life.

She has worked with individuals, couples and groups for the past 35 years.

She has taught in Germany, India, Russia, Finland and Denmark and has worked with many different nationalities.

Her training includes Psychology, Counseling, Breath and Energy work, Esoteric Sciences, Aura Soma, Reiki and Energy Reading. She holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage and Aromatherapy. She is an accredited Journey Therapist and Oneness Blessing Giver. She is trained in Basic Trauma Healing Skills and is an ongoing student of the  Diamond Approach Australia.

Born in Germany in 1957 she has travelled to many countries and in her heart she feels she is cosmopolitan. The presence of so many nationalities is one of the reasons why she loves Sydney so much.

Karima has been based in Sydney for the past 24 yrs and has established a successful practice. At the moment she is working from Surry Hills.
